Several Connection Methods Of Steel Structure Plates

1. Bolted connection
The bolted connection method is to closely connect the steel structures of various parts to form a good whole through common bolt fasteners. Bolted connections are divided into ordinary connection methods and high-strength connection methods from the robustness requirements.
Advantages: simple and convenient construction, easy to disassemble and move, mainly used for the construction of steel structure movable panel house on the construction site.
Disadvantages: Due to the use of bolted connection, each connection interface needs to be well connected when connecting, and the accuracy requirements are very high.
2. Rivet connection
Rivet connection is a rivet with a prefabricated nail head at one end, inserted into the nail hole of the connected member, and the other end is pressed into a closed nail head by a rivet or riveting machine.
Advantages: good plasticity and toughness of the connection, reliable force transmission, easy quality inspection.
Disadvantages: waste of steel and poor construction conditions, high cost.
3. Solder connection
The welding connection method is a way of melting and welding the two ends of the interface together to achieve the connection by using high temperature.
Advantages: simple structure, simple processing, good sealing of the connection, large rigidity, easy to use automatic operation, and low construction cost.
Disadvantages: high requirements for construction, if the connection is not good, it is easy to cause the instability of the steel structure.
