Preparation Content Of Steel Structure Construction Project
The steel structure construction project seems simple, convenient and fast on the surface, but only the real design and installation of the project is very complicated. Steel structure engineering from design to component production to installation process, each process needs to be rigorous, especially in steel structure workshop construction engineering, due to its complex results, design and component preparation are complicated. The following introduces the preparation content of steel structure engineering operations.
(1) Prepare the organizational design of steel structure installation and construction, and implement it after approval. The installation of the steel structure must ensure the stability of the structure and ensure that it does not cause permanent deformation.
(2) Obtain qualified materials for general contractor inspection, installation support or foundation acceptance.
(3) Before installation, check the components entering the site according to the component schedule, check the quality certificate and design change documents; When the large components pre-assembled by the factory are assembled on site, they should be carried out according to the pre-assembled qualified records; The technical data necessary for the delivery of components and the pre-assembly layout drawings of large components should be complete, and the following points should be noted:
1. The components should meet the design requirements and specifications, and the main components should be re-inspected.
2. The components should prevent coating damage during transportation and installation.
3. Before the installation of the component, the dust, ice and snow, oil and dirt and other debris attached to the surface should be removed.
4. When the steel structure needs to be tested for strength, it should be carried out in accordance with the design requirements and relevant standards.
(4) Steel structure components should be supplied in complete sets according to the installation program. The on-site stacking site can meet the needs of on-site assembly and sequential installation. When assembly is required on site, the assembly table should be prepared. When the components are stacked in sorting, the components with greater rigidity can be stacked horizontally with wood. When stacking multiple layers, the skids should be on a perpendicular line. The roof truss is placed upright, close to the column, and tied firmly.
(5) The quality requirements of components in the construction site for holemaking, assembly, welding and riveting and coating should comply with relevant regulations.
(6) Check the strong damage or deformation of components in loading, unloading, transportation and stacking. Damaged and deformed components should be trimmed or reworked. The damaged anti-corrosion primer should be reapplied, and checked again for acceptance.
(7) Record the inspection of the external geometry, hole making, assembly, welding, friction surface, etc. of the component.
