• This is a custom-built steel-structured breeding farm for our client in Kazakhstan. In light of Kazakhstan’s climatic conditions, our steel structure also needs to be adjusted according to various local factors.

• Thermal Insulation for Cold Resistance: Add insulation layers (e.g., insulation cotton, plastic film) to steel walls and roofs. Install heating equipment (like hot air stoves) in northern areas to withstand -20℃~-30℃ winters

• Ventilation Design: Reserve adjustable vents on steel structures. Balance warmth and ventilation to reduce ammonia accumulation and prevent respiratory diseases in livestock.

• Anti-Slip & Moisture-Proof Floors: Use cement-hardened floors with hay or anti-slip mats. Ensure smooth drainage in steel sheds to keep floors dry and avoid bacterial growth.

• Structural Durability: Choose corrosion-resistant steel materials to adapt to dry climates. Reinforce steel frames to resist strong winds, a common issue in continental climates.
