On an open field, a cement and steel structure chicken house designed specifically for poultry is gradually being built from blueprints into reality.

At the beginning of the construction, the construction team builds a solid cement foundation. The solid concrete base can not only stabilize the entire chicken house structure, but also effectively isolate ground moisture, creating a dry living environment for the chickens. The height and thickness of the cement foundation are accurately calculated, which not only resists the invasion of ground water accumulation, but also provides a flat and firm support surface for the subsequent steel structure installation.

Subsequently, the steel structure framework begins to be built. Galvanized steel components are installed by workers. These steel structures have excellent corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time in the outdoor environment. At the same time, their lightweight and firm characteristics make the spatial layout of the chicken house more flexible. Steel columns and beams are crisscrossed to form the main framework of the chicken house, which not only ensures sufficient ventilation and lighting space inside the chicken house.

In the roof construction stage, workers lay lightweight and heat-insulating roof materials on the steel structure framework. This material can not only shield the chickens from wind and rain and the scorching sun, but also its good heat insulation performance can maintain the relative stability of the internal temperature of the chicken house, avoiding the impact of extreme high or low temperatures on the growth of poultry.

In the wall installation process, composite panels are fixed on the steel structure framework. These panels have both thermal insulation and sound insulation functions, which can not only create a quiet growth environment for the chickens, but also help the chicken house maintain a suitable temperature in different seasons and reduce energy consumption.
